Shopping basics

Artwork can be shipped door-to-door or collected from my studio in Bergvliet by appointment.

Prints can be chosen to be shipped via Pudo locker to locker but I hold no liability for Pudo orders as they are less reliable than the door to door shipping services.

All shipping of artworks is handled through either Cloud Logistic or The Courier Guy/Pudo. All artwork is packaged to gallery standards and leaves our studio in perfect condition. We cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred during the couriering process.

I accept returns of artworks up to 14 days after purchase. Returns will only be accepted if the artwork is in the same condition it left the studio in (no damage). We will ask for photographs before accepting. Couriering costs are to be covered by the client and an artwork being returned must be packaged in the same way it was sent. Once the artwork reaches our studio and the condition has been confirmed you will be refunded.

If Pudo is chosen as the delivery option no refunds will be processed for damaged or lost artwork as we cannot guarantee the same level of delivery as with door-to-door couriering

I currently don’t have any online payment systems set up to allow split payments but if you’re interested in a painting that’s a little out of your budget please just pop me an email to liffeyjoy@gmail (or use the contact form) and let me know which painting/s you’re interested in and we can work out a payment plan to be split across a few months.
